This place was pretty cool! We ate on the back patio which was a lovely little spot to enjoy the nice weather and also listen to some live music. Music had great sound quality and didn't overpower the table conversation, but was still clear and easily heard. The servers were very friendly and upbeat. The chef salad was HUGE & delicious! I reccomend having their loaded tater kegs and fried pickles appetizers as well. Will be back sometime.

The food was fantastic. I had the BLT with egg and it was incredible. The chicken wrap my wife had was amazing according to her. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Great small place along the river. Definitely must stop. The service was top notch. We will be back.

We absolutely LOVE Little River Bar and Grill!!! Fantastic food! Fun atmosphere! The live music is always amazing! The people are soooo nice! We have always had excellent service! We travel from Columbus to go there!!!!!! Crystal, one of the owners, is such a beautiful and sweet person!!!

We shared a meal and fed both of us for $12! Great pricing! The food was hot and greasy—perfect after a day at the river or biking. We ordered the spicy grilled cheese ($9) and a side of applesauce ($3). Our meal came with fries, and we ordered cold red cream soda beer to wash it down. Little River Bar & Grill is a hidden gem down in the woods of Oregonia, OH, near Lebanon, next to the Little Miami River. The staff is also very friendly. I wish I had known about this place years ago! Give it a chance if you’re down that way.
