Lived here for 3+yrs. Need to be persistent for a work order then make sure you got a copy of the work order(they forget)?! Snow is not removed, street snow is piled against/blocking you in when plowed. REALLY, STREETS R GENERALLY PLOWED, FORCING SNOW UP OUR TIRES. GET UP EARLY TO UNBURY YOUR CAR. SIDEWALKS (EMPTY LOTS) NOT INCLUDED. WE GOTTA SHOVEL EVERY HOUR BUT THEY DON'T FOR DAYS. NOT WORTH THE WARNING. GOOD LUCK
