This place is awful. Can't wait to get my mom out. Way to much to detail, but my main issue is that when there is an issue you can't get ahold of anyone. Full voicemail for everyone and the staff changes so much that when you do get an email that person quits and you have no way to speak to anyone. Tried emailing the most recent one typed here on a response and says it's no good. Would be nice to be able to voice concerns when need be. All the responses say to reach out to speak with someone personally...I'd like to know how! There are a few male staff members that are just amazing but the rest could care less. Just awful how they treat people here!

The facility has in house services for dialysis and wound care. They have an excellent rehabilitation and therapy specialists. Administrators that are hands on working with family and residents to make sure every resident feels at home. Would recommend to family and friends if they are looking for their forever home in long term care as well as short term care for rehabilitation.

Very unprofessional. I had a follow up interview to fill out paperwork with Chante on 10-3-2022. The appointment was at 2:00pm. I waited 40 mins and didn't get seem by her. She told me to give her a min and it turned into 40 mins before I left. Very unprofessional. Guess you didn't need the help that bad. Your lost! Smh

Lack of care for showers it terrible!!! If we don't pay attention he won't get one even after calling the state.Now on 9-30-2020 the place is full of Covid. The stench is so bad we have to wear 2 masks when we visit. I'm sure it's not good for residents and patients. Disgusting!!!! Especially in area 500 unit.

This place is a hole for the employee who has seen changes you must be high. You have kick back Dr. Ganem Shariabi doesn't have to read a chart. Management Leigh McLeod Hasn't a clue what is going on she gets a check tho. Nurse Leticia moves patients without family permission, she don't want to deal with a family who cares for there loved one. Robert well he is there but lies, to people to get them to take patients they don't want. The city of Sterling Heights needs to go there. Would they put there loved one in this one. Lazy lazy lazy techs & nurses!! Only 2 were good 2. City of Sterling Heights DO YOU KNOW HOW TO READ!!! DO YOU NOT SEE THIS HOLE & THE LACK OF MANGEMENT , COMMUNICATION .This place LACKS A lot!!! So sad I feel for the patients stuck there. CITY OF STERLING HEIGHTS DO YOU REALLY WANT THESE REVIEWS. DO TOU READ THEM. I HOPE YOUR EDUCATED.
