I was just visiting. Nice place.

The management at Rudgate manor does not do anything about any complaints regarding rodents, dogs constantly barking, people not mowing their grass until it’s 4 ft high, or anything related to constant speeding (40-45mph) or constant loud noise during the night. DO NOT move in here if you have children, enjoy peace and quiet, or don’t want to pay unreasonably high prices for terrible service.

It was clean, weren't really bothered I would have gave it 5 stars but my daughter had to track down the keys to get in, luckily Becky I think her name was came in and unlocked it for us

I have family that live in rudgate it use to be really nice now they have new owners and its going down hill they have run down trailers in there, people do not watch thier kids at all ( kids as young as 2 and up to 6 roam the streets running in front of cars or sitting in the middle of the street and there no parents watching them) people that live in there do not follow the speed limit (15) who can afford $1200 to $1800 a month rent plus lot rent

Nope it closes labor day no matter what the weather is.
Rent varies on the ongoing specials, always call to check. You can purchase or lease here. They do have rentals available.
Ask jim
I am sure there probably is some available I know the lot rent and water together is 600 a month and thats just the lot rent not including the rent for the actual mobile home.
The pool at Redgate is for the residence and their friends and their family and a resident has to sign in friends and family into the pool area!!!
First of all you got to meet the requirements. Second, a lot rent in a mobile home park are not cheap, lot rents could go from $450 to $600 plus paying rent on the mobile home which could be $200 to $400... it's not cheap living in a mobile home park!!!
Unsure, last I heard they still needed to find a new cleaner for it. I would call the office to see
I honestly don't know the best bet would be to give them a call or go to the Community House there and ask
Yes there are four bedroom homes. Not sure if any are available right now but you can call to inquire.
Lmaooo
Best thing to do is call their office and ask all the questions u need to ask to get ur answers that u r looking for.
Yes.
Oh k hmmm thanks
If you buy a used trailer. Lot rent at 600 with H2o
They have one's for rent too, i think. At least, they used to. I would call them if I were you. That way you can hear it straight from them. If not there, leave message. They will call you back.
When i lived there 5 years ago i paid $410 but theyve raised it, my dad still lives there and he pays $500
You have to call the office to ask that, depending on what size the lot is. Our single wide lot rent is $405. Of course, we're renting our unit but we love it.
Usely the office would have the title
Site rent
