I've gotta say I love this place because of the price vs what you get. I paid $45 for a basic mani/pedi but the basic still gets you a hot stone leg massage for the pedicure and a lotioned up arm and hand massage for the manicure. My only complaint is that the basic manicure polish normally chips pretty easily. My latest mani, which was yesterday, my top layer of nail polish chipped off leaving the first layer of polish which I've never experienced before. It's really my only complaint. Otherwise, it's a pretty fast paced, in and out type of nail salon but they do a great job with the nails and had I gotten shellac, maybe I would have had a better experience with the polish situation.

This place has to use the cheapest supplies they can get. They have great colors, but every set of nails I’ve ever had done here has busted not even a week in. And where breaks, because it’s in the same spot every time no matter what nail it is, is right where they glue the acrylic on. Every. Single. Time. I have been getting my nails done for years and this has NEVER happened to me until I started going here. Go somewhere else if you have made a commitment to your nails. This is not the place for that.

So disappointing... I came in for an acrylic removal and a manicure. One of my acrylic nails had chipped so there was about half of the acrylic left on my pinky. Instead of soaking it she ripped it off with the cuticle cutter which ripped my natural nail. She then told me it was my fault because my nails were too thin and I needed to take a break from acrylic. I had only had the acrylic set filled once prior to this service! *Note the picture was taken after I had cleaned out the cut and got it to stop bleeding* She then charged me for a “manicure” because she had started clipping my cuticles before this incident happened with my pinky. I stopped the service and didn’t have my nails painted because I didn’t want to get an infection from the ripped nail but she still charged me! Very frustrating experience all around. Would not recommend.
