If I could give 0⭐ I would. Extremely rude and they speak in Vietnamese about you the WHOLE time. When I told Nancy how I wanted my manicure she said "don't tell me what to do, I know my job. Just sit back and see what I'm doing". She picked at my cuticles so hard in vengeance that I started to bleed and she just laughs hysterically while I'm bleeding and in pain. I brought this up to the manager Vicky, who spoke to Nancy in Vietnamese to which Nancy apparently replied that "it's better to take care of Caucasian customers because they can be easily impressed and they knew I wouldn't come back " (stereotyped). After all this misery and me still bleeding Vicky offers me 50%off for manicure and dismisses the fact that I am bleeding from that finger. Never again!
