First of all you got to meet the requirements. Second, a lot rent in a mobile home park are not cheap, lot rents could go from $450 to $600 plus paying rent on the mobile home which could be $200 to $400... it's not cheap living in a mobile home park!!!
I don't see why not as long as you can afford the monthly payment and you probably pass all the requirements for the park then yeah you should be able to rent at 18. Are you sure you just don't want to find a little house for rent which you have your own yard instead of being in a mobile home park
