HEATHER, the “leasing manager” BEYOND rude. I’m a self employed LASH TECHNICIAN. Meaning I make money daily based off every client I see. Averaging $7-$8K A MONTH. My EMPLOYER Created paystubs for me showing proof of income, showing taxes withdrawn, going tips, showing services, and sent over all of my documents to show this because they needed to make sure I made 3x rent… Well HEATHER has left me a voicemail being EXTREMELY RUDE telling me if she doesn’t hear from me within 24 hours she will terminate my application, mind you I explained to her the site she gave me isn’t allowing me to upload my documents as a PDF format. She responded with “well contact support”. Again, BEING RUDE. I contacted support and have still not heard back from them. Heather then called me again and wrote me a email stating I have till tomorrow to finish my documents otherwise she will not accept my application. I called her and explained to her that the site isn’t allowing me to upload it, and support still haven’t reached back out. She then stated “well I don’t know what to tell you” “you have to follow the steps” Even my employer contacted her! She then said “I HAVE TO MAKE SURE THESE ARENT FRAUD PAY STUBS” Why would you assume they are fraudulent? Because a EMPLOYER MADE THEM. Because cash is made DAILY in this industry. Extremely rude, very disrespectful, and A TERRIBLE experience. I have NEVER Been treated this way or talked to this way by anybody especially not somewhere I was going to potentially LIVE. I told her to have a great day and I won’t be moving there, go again and terminate my application sweetheart. Cooperate will be contacted as well. Wouldn’t even recommend anybody to move in here, if she’s that rude just off a application. 0 Stars.
