Nothing but positive things to say about this property and management. Rachel and Tracy are on top of the office, very attentive and professional. They are in progress of updating the units but well cared for, quiet, and right off the park!

A beautiful and pleasant place to live in. The rent at this place was affordable. A location that is nearest to a long trail and park. This apartment is located at the banks of the mighty Clinton River. However, once I had an unpleasant experience of flood in this location. Still I feel, the location is beautiful. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, and so is the apartment office.

Lived here for two years about and enjoyed it. I love the location and how it's right next to the Clinton River trail making it easy to take walks away from all of the busy roads that are around. The maintenance guys were always friendly and they take their shoes off before entering. Anytime we had issues they took care of them within a a day or two even though they were never emergency situations. The pool was also super nice on hot summer days. The only thing that I didn't like was the heat, it definitely worked, but didn't really heat up the entire apartment and more of just the area by it.

Kassi and Kim are both very helpful and professional when dealing with any questions or concerns that arise. They simply care. Would recommend apartments beautiful on the inside and great staffing.
