I can not recommend it. I bought a $70k F350 from them. It is almost impossible to talk to anyone in service and when you finally get through you can only talk to one person. If that person is on vacation to bad no help. Three weeks to get a check engine light checked. No call letting you know they have to order a part. Poor way to run a dealership service department.
The service department is the worst. The last two times they did the “Works” service to my F-150, took 2 hours and 1 1/2 hours. And my tires which were about bald, they marked as good. Which makes you think that they didn’t even look at them!
I would not recommend it always trying to get service done that's not needed tried to charge me 2000 # for heat controller which I got repaired for 300
Beau Townsend is the only place we go to buy cars for 25+ years. Their sales and service is so good they ship cars out to returning customers around the country.
I purchased a new 2014 and a used 2016 and I am very pleased with the deals and with the service department.
