Service dogs are allowed anywhere the owner is. Otherwise, no, pets are not allowed. I am not sure of the rules for outside. But, in our sue happy world..... I just wouldn't. UPDATE 9/2018. Dogs are allowed outside. Just please remember the asphalt is incredibly hot on their paws. When it's 90* outside the pavement is a minimum of 120*.
