This is the norm for this restaurant. I fear they will eventually shut down. We have been here twice and are always waiting then forgotten. I have addressed this issue several times. However noone at IHop seems to care.

I really enjoyed the fast and friendly service. While being there this last visit I noticed the servers were all new and asked if that was the case and they informed me that was true. I was also told they will be having a regrand opening on March 17t

This is worst ihop they kept telling people it's a 15 min wait then come to find out our name wasn't on there list to be seated ...if u ask me it's the Management's fault the need to shut it down ....you are in Westerville you should be prompt...

Messed up our order and never gave us silverware and while staff was on break a they were loud and the manager and another staff member were back and forth sharing a vape in one of the booths in the store and just blowing it out in the air.
