The last few times I have been here over a span of several months, I've had fairly poor experiences. Most recently, our server was attentive to our table and the food was accurate and tasted fine, which were the only positives. But we were seated at an obviously dirty table even though we were quite literally the only customers dining at the time. My partner and I had to share one menu as that's all we were given. There were tons of dirty tables all around us and the room they use for private parties had dirty handprints all over the glass windows. I could have understood and forgiven all this if the place was busy or understaffed or something but I not only saw no other customers, but there were several employees just chit-chatting in the back out in the open almost the whole time we ate and not one person attempted a cleaning duty. I don't even know if they all were employees to be honest since half of them were in regular street clothes but definitely none of them were customers as they were all just standing around chatting. Not a professional atmosphere at all and the cleanliness levels were abysmal. Which doesn't do wonders for my appetite and makes me hesitant to trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. I also question whether they had any management or oversight of the team at all. I do appreciate that they are open later than many options but with the experiences I've had lately I'm taking my chances and money elsewhere until conditions seem like they've improved.

Where do I start? No syrup bottles on the table, no tea of any kind. Food took forever even though the place isn’t even 1/4 of its full capacity. Pancakes fell apart, hash browns were burnt to the point of being unable to eat them. Would not recommend this location to anyone. And the French toast? Little baby pieces. Plus our server wouldn’t put down his phone…..

Had difficulty getting a server to take our order. There was only one other customer there. Three employees stood around talking to each other. Got the attention of one who took our order. She was nice. But soon after that she was arguing with another employee and stomped around. She was late middle aged so she should know that is not the way to act. Food was good. We all decided to never return, as service was not good in the past. Maybe just bad luck.

I never write restaurant reviews, but this restaurant experience was so bad. I didn’t even want to give it 1 star, but you have to give at least 1 star to give the review. I realize that restaurants are short staffed, but I stood by the hostess area for 10 minutes w/o anyone even acknowledging me, or helping me. I had to walk into the restaurant & call after a waitress to get someone to help me. Not even a “I’m sorry for your wait” from the hostess. Once seated, I waited 20 minutes for my waitress to come & ask my drink order. When I finally ordered & got my food, I asked for salt & pepper & extra syrup. Waited 10 minutes for S&P ( I had given up on her & started eating), but she forgot the syrup. I was never asked if I needed my drink refilled. Tables around me had dirty dishes on them, & needed to be cleaned. When I left there was a group of about 10 people waiting at the hostess area & I over heard a lady talking about how they been waiting for 10 minutes & hadn’t seen anyone. So it wasn’t just me. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

That is encouraging. They (Maxtown/Rt3) could ONLY raise their level of performance. I will revisit in hopes that someine with a Hospitality acumen has rescued this property.
On some days u are right. On others, we have received our food quickly! I think not depends on how much staff is in the kitchen. Lol
I've been hete quite a few times in the last 2 months. And always have great service and food Maybe kusy an off day. But no excuse. It doesnt matter where the location it is customer service that mattets and they should be reprimanded for that wetjer sn off day. But i myself have not had a baf experience at that location.
This is the norm for this restaurant. I fear they will eventually shut down. We have been here twice and are always waiting then forgotten. I have addressed this issue several times. However noone at IHop seems to care.

Well, the girl I use to stay with works there and after counting up to 10 days of her with nl shower I will never ot eat again and now they made her a magner, smh. But that here in Missouri.
they will substitute out the normal pancakes for Harvest Grain and Nut pancakes if you ask! They're gluten free but I think they'll have to charge you like a dollar extra
Sorry most of the good wait staff quit do to poor management.
