I really enjoyed the fast and friendly service. While being there this last visit I noticed the servers were all new and asked if that was the case and they informed me that was true. I was also told they will be having a regrand opening on March 17t

That is encouraging. They (Maxtown/Rt3) could ONLY raise their level of performance. I will revisit in hopes that someine with a Hospitality acumen has rescued this property.

Maxtown was unbelievable we waited 45 minutes after we ordered and no food! When i brought it to our waiters attention he completely ignored it and ten minutes later since didn't go into the kitchen to find out where our food might he retorted to us he wasn't ignoring us and he wasn't the cook and was putting someone else's order in, at that time we ask to speak to he manager . After the two of us got up and started to walk out the manager got in my personal space and in a rude tone said "WHAT?" UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!
