Good luck to you, I have been charged for 2 phones and for the use of services since November 2018. The account was canceled in person at that Xfinity / Comcast Store. Things were just resolved September 2019.
Go online to the chat section and there's a spot that says request a phone call and they will call you back on your cell phone or whatever phone number you choose
Sheri, most businesses, this store included do not monitor this question section and will most likely not respond to you. I would recommend you go into this store and they should be able to help if you're unable to call into the 800 number. The staff at this store is very nice.
You can't just get a hold of the store, a numbers listed go to people in other countries and are hard to understand. I recently had issues, and it didn't get fixed until I went into the store personally.
