They went above and beyond to fix my suspension. Rick took the time and effort to call a specialized performance shop to get the correct part numbers for replacement coilovers. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anybody.

Pretty unimpressive service. I took my van in last year and told them "I think my fuel pump is going bad, but I'm not sure exactly what it is" - My car has always taken forever to start and occasionally would not start after cranking for a while (not too knowledgeable about cars, I'll be honest). When I came back they had replaced the fuel pump supposedly but the problem wasn't fixed at all. It's as if when I suggested what I thought could be the problem, they took it as an excuse to not actually diagnose the problem. After years of mechanics and no fix, I think it might be some wiring related to the fuel pump, but still not sure. I'm sure they replaced the fuel pump, but they didn't do any helpful diagnoses to actually fix the problem, and they weren't super friendly when I went to pick it up. I'd suggest a different mechanic, respectfully.
