Unfortunately I don't recall having any meal issues with Bob Evans and food has always been to my satisfaction. Maybe the time of day could play a big factor as well. My best time to dine there is during brunch where I can order either breakfast or lunch and I can get my lunch with dinner portions to take home to eat later. I hope this does help.
