I would love to give 0 stars but it wont let me. My wife and the in-laws booked a handicap 2 queen bed room. ( months in advance ) We arive my father in-law go's in to get the key cards while we get our mother in-law in her wheelchair and get our bags together. Well come to find out the elevator is out of order and they have us in a HANDICAP Room on the 2nd floor! The front desk said the elevator has been broke for about a month! We didn't receive any notification of this. We finally get a room change to the 1st floor "handicap" room downgraded to a 1 queen bed and a pull out couch. The room was not handicap accessible. No help bars in the, I'm 6ft tall and the toilet was basically at my ankles which made it extremely hard for my handicap mother in-law to use the restroom. The shower head by the way was moldy. We had no hand sope in our room so I asked the front desk for some and well he told me " sorry sir we are all out of hand soap and hand sanitizer we have been for a week " I could go on there is MUCH More! We checked in at 3pm and breakfast was still out. Mind you breakfast they say starts at 7am. We only stayed 1 of our 3 day reservation. And all we got after everything we went through was " We are sorry " I mentioned a refund because of everything plus we were not staying any longer and again they just said " We are so sorry " apparently they don't do refunds or anything like it. The only good thing about the hotel is the things surrounding it. 0 Star rating

Our stay was wonderful and so was the staff. Kara at the front desk was very kind and helpful during our stay. She even helped us find a few good local restaurants. The hotel is also centrally located. We will definitely stay again.

Decent hotel for what you pay for. My room had a particular smokey smell to it and I'm not sure why since the room was clearly smoke free. The room did face the main road behind the hotel which can pickup a lot of traffic noise from cars with loud exhausts or motorcycles. The room was pretty clean besides a few minor mechanical fixtures that were clearly seen. Things like the shower curtain rod looked pretty loose from the wall and the bathroom ceiling had minor water marks. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with eggs/sausage/bagels/muffins. Otherwise, the location is prime for the area it is in.

Toilet bowl refill tank keeps leaking, turn table in the microwave does not work, moved to another room it was worse. TV remote does not work cannot change channel, out dated furniture, dead flies in the room along with someone’s toenail, room smells like it’s been shut without fresh air. Only here because of work, do not stay at this hotel!!!!!!!
