I pre-order for curbside pickup. I was there 2 minutes after time food was scheduled to be available. They promptly brought my order out. That was great but I wasn't happy with the quality of my order. I had the same meal at another store as dine-in and it was exceptional. This time the meal seemed to be smaller, cold (with exceptionally soggy fries), and overall not good! Broccoli as a side only had 5 small pieces and there was barely any sauce or tortillas on top as expected. I was really disappointed considering how much you pay for restaurant meals. It's as if they don't seem to care since the people getting the meal will be long gone before they realize how bad the quality is, so they don't need to address the customer concern in person. I would highly recommend NOT to get curbside pickup from this store.

Liberty State

Usually super food and service. Never took our plates when done, my son asked for a refill and it never happened. Both waitresses were playing with their phones. My eggs were OE I asked for OM. HOMEFRIES WERE BURNED. I WILL GO BACK I FEEL THIS WAS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT.

We shared brunch after a Graduation Ceremony, for my son whom graduated his, Culinary Arts, course at Eastland Career Center, with about 6-7 college credits, I am a proud momma, way to go, Donald Griffin, and the waitress was phenomenal, she greeted top grade service despite any all obstacles that may have been in her way that day, her service is much appreciated. Thank you! Bob Evans, for your availability to allow us to have brunch right after. Have A Great Day! Everyone.
