Did you make sure to call during their specific hours
Sometimes you have to try a couple times (they are incredibly busy right now) and make sure you call in their specific hours that they are open. We were able to get a hold of them and make an appointment and they we so helpful and good to work with so we could adopt our sweet new little bunny. When you go for your appointment they are very focused on helping you with your adoption needs and are sometimes not able to get to the phone. Keep trying.
