I need to give up my sweet dog of 9 yrs. I’ve had some changes in my life including placing my husband in a care facility. I’ve advertised for someone to take her, but have received little response. She’s a good dog, can you help me find a home?

There is a surrender fee at this shelter. Take your dog in and they will let you know what you need to know. They are awesome here and do their best for all animals.

I agree totally with Erika C's post... I also hope you found a better solution for your dog.

I would call them when they open tomorrow to see if they can help adopt her out. You can also use ksl classifieds and several Facebook yard sale pages to find a home for your dog. Good luck!

The Facebook marketplace doesn't allow animals. I would start with calling the shelter and speaking with with them about surrendering options.
