Where I work we have several cats living on the lot. Some have their ears clipped and some don't. We have some shelters for them and we try to keep them feed. 3 different litters were born just this year. What are our options? It's so cold.

I dispatch for the shelter, call the ask them about Trap N Release program... The cats with clipped ears are already fixed, the TNR officers will come out there and teach you how to trap them and then what to do.
