I moved and forgot to turn in my key are they going to charge me for them? And will postal employees take the mail out of my box and forward it to me?

They have to rekey the box so you shouldn't receive a charge. They will not forward things left in the box with a forward request filled out and on file.

I did the change of address at the new post office and she said they put it in to the postal service so I guess that's what you mean.
