Start by posting on Utah Lost and Found Pets Facebook page as a found pet. Call our front desk (801-851-4080) with the details and they will take them down and see if they match anyone who is missing a cat like this. KSL has two lost and found sections that it is free to post in. If you can't find the owner in a day or two, then you can either call animal control for your city to bring the kitty here so the owner has a chance to find it, or you can call us and bring the kitty in. If you are thinking of adopting, that's great, but we still have to give the owner a chance to find their pet first.
