Why are towels not included with membership services? Why should the customer be expected to pay additional money to keep themselves (and your equipment) clean, while other gyms provide towels at no extra cost?

Towels are free. A $10 deposit was introduced a while ago to reduce loss of towels. With deposit , we got a towel card. Give card to get a towel and return towel to get the card back. I cancelled my membership a while ago as wasn't using much and forgot to turn in the card. Now joining again and NJAC would gladly refund the deposit still !!

Towels were being stolen to the point there were none left. To prevent this they came up with a towel card system. It's $10 and only a deposit refundable any time. Simply give them your card you get a towel. Return the towel get your card back. When you no longer need towels turn your card in to get your $10 back. Towels to keep equiemt clean are free and located almost within 10 feet of anywhere you could be in the gym.
