We were able to make an appointment at a convenient time. When we arrived we were taken in a timely matter. We saw the doctor shortly after the nurse took all of our information. The facility was clean and everyone was helpful and pleasant. We would definitely use them again.

From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with instant attentiveness and kindness by Kevin. He made the check in process smooth, easy and incredibly fast. He clearly knew his stuff. I didnt even have everything I needed and he took care of it all for me: The facility is clean and up-to date. the staff is full of personality and smiles. Nicole had me back in a flash. She expressed genuine concern for me and even made me feel comfortable about my vitals and weight , something I hate having checked. Doctor G. was in the room to greet me immediately. She addressed my concerns and explained my next steps. Ashley took me back for x-rays and made an uncomfortable process , comfortable. when getting x-rays you can be put in horrible positions and she made sure that I was OK and moved as little as possible every step of the way. The entire treatment team then went over my discharge plan and follow up as well as aftercare instructions with me thoroughly and together. Doctor G even presented me with options for my care and allowed me to decide what I was most comfortable with, Patient self determination, amazing! having had seriously terrible experiences at urgent care waiting for hours on end this was the most quick, efficient experience I have ever had. on top of that the staff is genuinely kind and respectful . I would absolutely recommend this facility to anybody, especially my loved ones!
