Maintenance non-existent. If you live on first floor expect to get flooding when hot water heaters break. Manager will tell you move to fourth floor .

I have moved into the Yorkshire Village Senior apartment for more than one year. The location is convenient for shopping. Most neighbors are nice. But I have to wait extensive periods of time to get things replaced or fixed. Unfortunately I think it is because the maintenance crew is overworked and they are sometimes very rude. The complex used cheap materials and appliances so there is always plenty for the maintenance crew to do and apparently not enough time. The insulation is poor, I can hear my neighbor upstairs walking and bathing. Cars were also broken into over night. Hope the Middlesex Management can improve their efficiency and the maintenance crew will have more hands and serve the tenants better and faster.

I moved to Yorkshire Village Senior Apartment complex recently. So far, my experience with the landlord representative Ms. Violetta has been so great in helping me to get used to the premise and to get oriented with the surroundings. In addition, the tenants have been so nice, friendly and very helpful.
