This medical facility is a complete disaster if putting it super lightly. From the rude receptionist to the management staff, very unprofessional. My wife’s appointment was at 845. We were promptly there at 830, and filled out required paperwork. We sat there patiently for the first 45 minutes or so before even going to ask when she would be going back. It seemed like a chore for the lady to even have to look it up. The response was that she was next… okay no problem. Another 30 minutes go by, we go ask again, same answer.. another 30… another 30…same short answer. I understand things can run a little behind but 2 hours and 15 minutes behind, that’s unacceptable. Especially when you’re rude and act like its my issue that your provider is running a 1/4 of a day behind. I suggest learning how to schedule and don’t treat patients like it’s our fault you’re so far behind especially for a morning appointment. Not to mention my wife was having anxiety about the procedure and nothing your facility or staff did made it any better. Would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

I had a procedure done today and walked in a nervous wreck. The staff from the front desk when I checked in, to the nurses pre op & post op & of course my doctor were amazing!! So friendly, caring and patient! They kept making sure I was ok and made it a very comfortable experience!! Thank you all again!!!

Totally felt like I was a number not a patient. I went for a very simple procedure. I was not sedated so I felt like I wasn't important. I was rushed through all the questions in pre-op. Felt like my answers weren't heard. Told to change. And then left alone freezing with no blanket. Then a nurse came and took me into the room where my procedure was. They were having conversations amongst themselves and not interacting with me the patient what so ever. I was in immense pain. I actually had to ask them to please stop talking because my procedure hurt so bad. I was crying and yelling for them to end my procedure and I'd chine back to be sedated so they finally decided to give me more local anesthesia and I made it through. I was then taken to recovery shivering. A warm blanket was placed over my shoulders and my ride was called. The nurse told my ride to pull around the back and I'd be out in ten minutes. She quickly went over my discharges. Did not allow for questions! I was then ushered out the door. I gave the three stars cause my knee feels better and the one warm blanket was nice otherwise I'd have given 0. The overall experience here was not good

They will call u first thing ..maybe your surgery is not scheduled for the morning session so that still gives them time to make that call to you...they normally call anytime after one pm the day before..
