This is the worst gym to ever sign up for! Do not join it! It is not worth it and their customer service is horrendous! Their business practice is to keep the clients in the dark while secretly charging them more than agreed upon. Worst gym ever!!!

Spacious gym that has most of what you're looking for at a decent price. Pleasant, friendly & attentive staff including billing, front desk, membership, personal trainers, and custodial.

I rarely leave bad reviews for places but this gym has the worst and shadiest management I’ve ever seen. Management will lie to your face and you’ll be charged for things even after you canceled membership months ago. You pay >50/month for what just generic equipment and a gross mens locker room I don’t get it. I can’t believe I used to recommend this gym to people. Stay far away from this gym

In the pool room AC doesn’t work for long long time. It’s no air even to breeze. Paying religiously and not getting what you pay for. I feel fooled. I can’t use the pool to exercise because of health issue. Look like they don’t care. I’m very sad I’m stuck with them for the year. 😡😡😡 Honestly it’s pointless to waste my time writing this review, because obviously owner or management never even read them. I wish some one who knows how to run this business got this place under their wings and make us shine at that convening for many people location

It's about $65 per month for an individual plan. This includes limited access to classes, but does not include use of towels in rest rooms ($10-$15 for a towel card). There also is a $35 annual fee, totaling to about $830 a year for one individual, if you care about hygiene. In my honest opinion, the price is WAY too high for the sub par services they offer. Planet Fitness offers better, cleaner, more reliable services than NJAC provides on it's best day. Don't let the aesthetic appeal fool you into letting them rip you off like they have so many other people! NJAC IS NOT WORTH THE COST OF MEMBERSHIP.
Yes🤗
Towels are free. A $10 deposit was introduced a while ago to reduce loss of towels. With deposit , we got a towel card. Give card to get a towel and return towel to get the card back. I cancelled my membership a while ago as wasn't using much and forgot to turn in the card. Now joining again and NJAC would gladly refund the deposit still !!

Pricing has increased dramatically for DWINDLING services. It's around $65 per month for an individual plan. This includes limited access to classes, if you can make it before the participant cut off. Membership does not include use of towels in rest rooms ($10-$15 for a towel card). There also is a $35 annual fee, totaling to about $830 a year for one individual, if you care about hygiene. I still fail to see why towels are not a basic component of membership! When I asked the GM, he mentioned they needed to have a towel card system because "people kept stealing towels". How sad, that a gym does not provide basic hygiene as a part of it's membership fees. In my honest opinion, the price is WAY too high for the poor services they offer. Customer service and client satisfaction are not of any concern to NJAC. They care more about accepting your money as payment, and moving on regardless of their own inability to meet service standards. NJAC IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!
Hi, I want to know if tomorrow the schedule is going to be the same or is going to change?
