They don't check bags at the food court at Hershey World so i dont see why not although im sure they would rather you but their food. In the park however they will check your bags but you can have water and snacks. At least wendod and they didnt say anything. By the way you can get free water in the park, just go up to any place and ask for a cup of free water. Have fun!

You can bring in snacks, just put them in a book bag.
Just like other amusement parks, they do not permit you to bring outside food or drink into the park. However, you eat or drink whatever you like outside in the parking lot area.
