Great hotel and kept very clean, the mattress was comfortable the linens are very clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The gentleman working the front desk was extremely personable and even helped us pick a restaurant that was fantastic. I prefer only staying at Marriott or Hilton hotels and this one beat my expectations. I’m also a Bonvoy Silver or something member if that matters. We stay in their hotels often.

The staff were so warm, welcoming, professional, and attentive . Upon checking in , we were provided with choc chip cookies & bottles of water. Staff relayed bottles of waters were complimentary & were we free to obtain as much as we needed. The only negative thing about our stay was our bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned. We found multiple strands of hairs on the bathroom floor, bath tub, & some on our sheets . The set up on the shower door was a bit odd too. It did not fully close all of the way, so a lot of water got on the bathroom floor, but overall we had a good stay.

We had two queen size beds plus desk and chair TV, fridge, microwave and so on. The bathroom was a nice size and plenty of towels. However there is NO continental breakfast as most hotels offer there is a Star Bucks and all they have is coffee, muffins and juice but that just don't cut it as a breakfast. Its better than nothing at all some people can skip breakfast I can't🤔☕🍩

Was initially hesitant about staying here because of the reviews about cleanliness. Got there, the room, and bath room were clean, modern and comfortable. Didn't have any problems with the cleanliness at all. The staff was very friendly, greeting everyone with a smile and friendly hotel. The front desk was always managed, and the clerk made sure that we were happy with the stay. Didn't get to use many of the amenities, but it looked like a nice pool area, and courtyard with fire pit. Had breakfast in the hotel one morning, prepared quickly. The barista who made my drinks made sure that I was pleased with them. They were good. A little pricey on breakfast, but it's to be expected in a resort hotel. The hotel was at the end of downtown Hershey, close to the attractions and easy to get in and out of. Only downside was low water pressure in the shower. And the shower / bathroom is quite large, so the bathroom didn't get very warm.
