Hershey family vacation Simple breakfast, beds very comfortable staff very accommodating and friendly. Room and bathroom very clean. Could use updating. My one small issue was with shower. Showerhead too low and tub floor moving and popping due to no insulation under tub. I was still able too shower

Great location, mere minutes from the park. Service was great for the most part with the exception of the hotel's policy regarding pets (the hotel rules stated one thing and the receptionist another). Room was fine as can be with except for maybe the tub's base which made a popping noise (maybe in need of replacement) Breakfast was better than most hotels, especially considering that COVID has either made them barebones or gone altogether

There is a pool in the lobby, the tile floor was dripping wet, kids were running up and down the hallways late at night, the breakfast area is very small and congested. People are standing by the pool so getting to the room was difficult. No meat or eggs during breakfast, just carbs like cereal and pancakes. The room has the sink in the room not in the bathroom., no room to unfold the pull out bed. Overall not a great experience. most of the guests did not seem friendly. The staff was pleasant to deal with and seemed friendly. I would definitely not stay here again. Definitely a 1-2 star motel.

A great stay and experience; the pool was phenomenal and has an attached Hot Tub! My only complaints were that the Elevators did not feel entirely confident and secure, and that the Fast and the Furious Arcade machines in the arcade were down. Guest Services was polite and to the point. I plan on coming back during the summer with my girlfriend after enjoying it with my niece and sister!
