Beautiful place.

Our first experience here and would not recommend. Our Friday night was nice but at 1:00am Saturday night into Sunday morning there was a “rowdy” wedding party on our floor that set off the smoke detectors 3 different times, then people in the hallways yelling for over an hour. At checkout when we talked to our front desk staff member “Julie” about our concern, her response to our complaint was “yeah our wedding parties can be rambunctious “ and that was it then basically shut us down and had a bad demeanor. Another lady checking out at the same time mentioned the same concerns. We paid $1,400 to basically be told that wedding parties supersede a general expectation of a quiet, enjoyable stay. We were pleased with the breakfast options and the restaurant staff. They were above and beyond courteous. The food at the Harvest was delicious! Saturday night at the amusement park seemed to be beyond capacity. We rode one ride and left. Couldn’t even walk through the park because of the shoulder to shoulder crowd. Otherwise a beautiful area and beautiful buildings and landscaping.

Hersey definitely left an amazing legacy. You can see it in the small details at the hotel like the quality of the robes and the paper weight holder. Things like those that go overlooked that make the difference. Phenomenal customer service with over the top amenities. Do not hesitate to stay here. It is well worth its value.

Many different massages, soaks, scrubs, wraps, and they have a full service salon as well.
Yes. Call the front desk and ask to be transferred over to the concierge. They can set up a shuttle for you
Very good. We had NO worries.... Go... Enjoy....
I suggest calling for availability and there's an event going on
It's usually at Hershey Lodge.
I honestly did not see any pets there our entire stay
No. You can reserve a car at the concierge for a car to take you to the airport. It's 30.00 per person.
The indoor pool and hot tub are. Hot tub is limited to 4 people at a time. Kids under 14 must have parental supervision AND must be over 60 inches tall for the hot tub. Must have mask on in the pool area if not in the pool or hot tub. Pool closes at 9:00 pm...forget what time it opens.
When I was there the last week of December the pool was scheduled to reopen Jan 4th.
You would have to call the hotel
They let you in right away
Breakfast is included you don't have to pay if you get the package
Jazz
Yes, there is a smaller pool inside and then like a small water park pool out side
Prices vary according to season, day and room size only the Hotel or their website can give you a quote. It is never cheap but is well worth it.
Varies from room to room, availability and time of year and length of stay. Check the website for information
Yes. It is very high quality and near the spa entrance
Their website says there are accessible rooms available upon request.
If you buy a package, breakfast is included. If not, then no. There are three different restaurants and a cafe I believe. All are pricey and you need to make reservations in advance.
Different prices, especially at different times of the year, different packages too, I'm sure. Best to check the website
Yes it does! Just checked out. It's in the building near the outside pool. Nice set up. They have a kiosk that puts money on a card and it keeps track of 'tickets' won. They even have a prize machine that the kids can cash their tickets in for. It attached to the harvest restaurant. Adults can finish up their dinner and cocktails and the kids can enjoy themselves.
I'm pretty sure that in the same time it took to write that, you could have had an answer from the Hotel Hershey themselves.
