Are you asking if they still exist? I'm not sure about the chocolate spread, but they do have a Reese's Peanut Butter spread and the cups themselves are an integral part of the Hershey brand.

No, there is no charge for parking at Chocolate World. There is a separate parking lot for chocolate world.
