Yes it does! Just checked out. It's in the building near the outside pool. Nice set up. They have a kiosk that puts money on a card and it keeps track of 'tickets' won. They even have a prize machine that the kids can cash their tickets in for. It attached to the harvest restaurant. Adults can finish up their dinner and cocktails and the kids can enjoy themselves.
There's one in the building of the Harvest Restaurant. You have to go behind the hotel, pass the water /garden area and down the stairs. Across their game area (ping pong ball set up), you'll see the restaurant and a sign for their arcade.

I agree.. go there every few months and have never seen an arcade.
I believe so but not inside the main building.
I was at The Hotel Hershey 2 weeks ago and did not see an arcade. I don't believe they ever had one or plan on having on.
I also did not see one.
Never saw one within hotel and doubt they have one as it is a very conservative older style hotel. Thankfully across the street there is an amusement park with everything arcade you coukd ever need!

None that I know of. Hershey park is down the hill and has more than enough to keep you and your family entertained.
