Definitely would not stay again! The manager was polite and helpful but the room was horrible. Dirty pillows and sheets, chipped paint that’s not even the same color, garbage cans with garbage already in them, a coffee cup with coffee still in it, a lightbulb missing from the lamp, ripped up carpeting, the curtains don’t completely close, and multiple holes in the wall! The pool looked cleaner than the rooms and had no stairs but three ladders not to mention one was outside of the pool and the other two were both broken and hanging on by a thread! This was a cheap hotel but still not worth spending any money on. If you’re visiting Hersheypark like my family was I would recommend staying at a different hotel down the road.

Staff was very nice, pools close at midnight and the owner makes sure you have a good time! You can have cookouts and outdoor parties anytime ,no trouble. The pool is the perfect temperature for a hot day.and FREE PARKING!!! It’s a perfect location where there’s restaurants and stores close by. Overall a great place for a quick stay.

I feel bad leaving a bad review. The owner was SO nice. Walked back and met me at the room. Made sure I got parked close by. And I know he's working to renovate, but... The room was gross and decrepit. The sheets were clean, but I still sleep in my own 'sheet'. The smoke detector was missing. And frankly, with the people (maybe long term residents?) I didn't feel safe and sleep with the light on all night.

I'm not sure why this hotel get such bad reviews. Our stay was more than perfect. The staff is so unbelievably friendly. They make you feel like you've known them for years.They really make you feel like family. I heard they're in the process of updating their rooms. Well I guess I was lucky to get an updated one cause I had no problems. Gretta and her daughter destiny are unbelievably sweet. I'm not too sure of the man's name but he was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean along with the property around the Room.
