Great food, great waitress! The pretzels bites and beer cheese are amazing, definitely my go to appetizer. I got the guacamole bacon burger, not the best flavor, but still really good. My husband got the big pig out burger, delicious, love the sweet taste the maple adds!

My first time being to the hershey Red Robin and I will definitely be returning. Was greeted at the door by 2 wonderful girls who had smiles on and looked ready to help us. I have a 4 and 7 year old and even though they are kinda on the tall side they still asked if we would like a booster or high chair and that in my book is a huge plus (because you never know) they sat us and not even a minute went by and our lovely waiter Terence greeted us and showed his interest in getting my kids taken care of first (another huge plus in my book) he asked if I would like my kids meals placed first and he done it on the tablet and took our appetizers. He made sure my kids were taken care of and I can't ask more of a waiter. My meal came out wrong and he apologized and got it fixed quickly. Terence was extremely amazing with my family. The entire staff was very pleasant and made us feel welcomed and even when we left they made sure to tell us to have a great night. Great food and service!

We went on new years with our family.....gotta say floor was beyond disgusting but other than that staff members actually looked like they cared about there job asked us how is our meals anything we need.....staff went over and beyond. Just make sure those floors are clean other than that it was a fun experience!
