My westie is sick throwing up..has not eaten for 2 days,I can not get my vet at ellisville clinic..what should i do

I would take your dog to VSS. Any dog that isn't eating and is vomiting needs to be seen by a veterinarian, even if it means a visit to an emergency vet. Please don't expect the veterinary staff to give you any advice without seeing your dog; that would be extremely unprofessional.

That sounds like an emergency vet call. If your dog is sick and vomiting and not eating anything Make sure there's at least liquid like drinking water. But you should visit them ASAP.
