I have had very bad experiences here. They are never able to help when my dog actually needs it. I also dislike their policy of dropping off your dog for hours at a time... that is very traumatic for my dog but that doesn't seem to matter to them. I do understand why they wanted to do that at the beginning of the pandemic. My older dog was having potential seizures and the vet wouldn't take the time to answer questions we had.

Staff was knowledgeable, great with our dog, and very helpful in keeping up with his healthcare needs.

It was my first visit at banfield pet hospital and it was absolutely my biggest mistake. I signed up for my first free visit exam and when I get there the lady told me about the cost without first exam and it was $80. I agree to do her vaccination today for this cost. After all the exam and vaccination the other lady came and she told me that my total is $140. I was shocked and when I asked her she told me that the other lady put two coupons accidentally. The problem is that it was there fault that they told me the wrong price at first place. She was not ready to listen anything. I was so disappointed. I love my kitten and I’m ready to pay anything but bandfield staff is responsible for not giving the right information to their customer. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. They loot people!!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
