Yes you are able to park long-term either in the campground area for routine use or in storage. Just call their office.
They use to do it, not certain now but there are some privately owned campgrounds with yearly rentals which average over 3K. During hurricanes and nor'eaters it is best to take your camper home before the storm or evacuations are issued.
Don't think you can leave it all year
Only way to know is call them. I'd worry about flooding, as during hurricanes, this campground floods out.
While they may have annual rates, the outer banks are hurricane prone.
Its a KoA. You cant do that at ANY of their locations, unless you are the owner/operator of that kampground.
