Other side of the dunes. High end pricing. We were about mid park maybe 1/2 block from dunes, could hear the waves just fine.

Not ON the beach. However, there are sites next to the dunes and the beach is on the other side. You can easily hear the surf. A very short walk up the boardwalk (maybe 50 ft) puts you on the beach.
