Is this a no kill shelter?
Is it against the law in Missouri to tie a dog up and leave it outside in below freezing temperatures? It has an igloo house but barks all night. It's a beautiful German Shepherd.
I just got free from a severely horrible domestic violence situation. I have a young cat who needs shelter and I can visit while I go through transition. Would it be possible that I shelter him at your place through this time?
Is it still $85 for seniors to adopt a dog?
