I've got two cats from here; both times they asked me for a donation of $40. The donations help fund the shelter, which is an excellent place, so both times I gave them more than they asked me for.

I believe it's a suggested minimum of 40-50, but it's also a donation to keep the place funded. I've given $65 the last two times
