You can fill out an application to foster on the website here https://www.strayrescue.org/become-a-foster-parent The application will look like it's geared towards dogs but you can list your preferences on the app as well.
Um, think you are asking 2 very different questions or someone else posted the wrong pics. Not sure about the foster options available at The Rescue. They are HYPER busy so most online questions aren't answered. Calling or physically going to the shelter is your best bet.
