Dogs are cool.
Dogs are fine outside. Folks bring their dogs all the time and there's a water bowl outside.
I've met a million dogs (and their humans) there. Definitely a pro-canine location. As previously stated, they have a water bowl there and an outdoor spigot if I remember correctly.
