I have purchased furniture from this place about 15 yrs ago and the experience/furniture was excellent. That is why I came back this time. My experience this time around.. ...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE! I am so displeased with the staff here at the Page location. So much has...and is going totally wrong! I ordered furniture here 15 days ago and it was supposed to be delivered within 3 days of the purchase and I still don't have it. No one answers the phone whenever I call. I reached out to their Customer Care service and was promised a call back from the store manager and no one ever called, meanwhile they've started taking payments from my account.......AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY FURNITURE! Save yourself another horror story, don't buy from this store. They are not professional.

Today I came into the Page Ave Location in search of furniture for my father. We was provided services from Dion, although we had several options and decisions to choose from he took his time and explored all the options and suggestions for us. He was patient and informative and full of product knowledge. He helped to make this trip successful, thanks Dion!!
