Despite the humble exterior, you simply won't find a better made-from-scratch pasta or a more authentic Italian preparation anywhere else in St. Louis, not even on The Hill. Katie's puts the world famous St. Louis Hill Italian restaurants to shame. A little pricey, and worth every darn penny.

Pizza is just ok. The price is high. Service was great. They have a very cool vibe and ambiance to the place. I probably wouldn't come back but overall a good experience

They are! They're open until 10 Sunday through Thursday and until 11 Friday and Saturday.
This place is great. They are practicing appropriate Covid precautions and they were super kind.
They're outdoor only at the moment! There are heaters but they're not 100% effective.
