How are you supposed to speak to someone about your reservations? O one answers the phone and I keep getting hung up on.

Booked online. Never had to called as well. When we emailed, they responded same day.

I also booked online but had to call I left a message and someone called me back the next day

Wow...we booked it on line when we stayed and then corresponded by email. We had a number but didn't have to use it
