I'm a homeless student recently attending NSU. They can't promise me a place to stay over the summer while I attend classes. How long can a 19 year old female stay if needed?

I am not sure. It us best to call the mission and ask directly. From what I know. They do an intake and then keep you on a case by case sanario. Once you are in the bed and you qualify. They will work with you to help you in what ever way they can. Mostly, it is for people who are truly homeless. If you have a home you can choose to stay in that is safe and you are not being forced to leave for any reason then they will take some one who is in more need. I worked there , I did not stay as a guest but I can tell you that the staff are amazing..I loved working there!
