How do you help someone who is homeless and very sick, but won't help themselves? I live out of state and there is only so much that I can do..

There is actually nothing you can really do until the person accepts the help to be given. However you can always pray.

That is so very true. Sometimes prayer is all we can do but know God hears the prayers of his people. Hope she will get the help she needs. Is she in Virginia? If not we can refer her to a shelter near her.
